Position Overview:
The Finance Operations Manager plays a pivotal role in overseeing the daily financial activities within our organization. This position is essential for ensuring the smooth operation of financial processes and compliance with applicable regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Collaborate in the establishment and execution of financial objectives and priorities, ensuring alignment with organizational policies and legal requirements.
2. Supervise the Finance Department, including staff accountants and various accounting functions such as payroll, event accounting, and accounts management.
3. Lead the financial settlement processes for events, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
4. Manage the monthly accounting cycle and oversee general ledger reconciliations.
5. Prepare and review all financial reports, including monthly statements, annual budgets, and comprehensive financial statements for stakeholders.
6. Maintain accurate accounting records and ensure the integrity of financial forecasts.
7. Conduct cost analysis and participate in financial audits, coordinating with external auditors as necessary.
8. Implement and enhance financial systems and procedures to improve efficiency and accuracy.
9. Act as a key point of contact for financial inquiries and provide insights to management regarding financial performance.

Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, candidates should possess:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance from an accredited institution.
- A minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in financial management or public accounting at a supervisory level.
- Comprehensive knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and job costing concepts.
- Strong analytical skills with a keen attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage confidential information effectively.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office applications.

Physical Requirements:
This role may require the individual to move around the facility and stand for extended periods during events.
