Teaching and Clinical Opportunities

The University of North Dakota seeks a clinical assistant professor in Audiology to join our Department of Communication Sciences and Disorders. This position includes teaching, service delivery, and advising students in the department and clinical work at the Northern Prairie Community Clinic.

Responsibilities

• Teach undergraduate and graduate courses in Audiology and Speech Sciences, including Anatomy and Physiology of the Speech and Hearing Mechanism, Intro to Audiology, and Aural Rehabilitation and Audiology for SLPs.
• Advise graduate students and provide clinical supervision.
• Conduct clinical practice and service at the Northern Prairie Community Clinic, with a focus on teaching and clinical education.

Requirements

• Doctoral degree in Audiology by August 15, 2024.
• Experience as a graduate teaching assistant, instructor of record, or professional development facilitator.
• Experience working in a clinical environment with patients, including internship experience.
