* Take and accurately record patient payments for balances during check-in or check-out.

* Schedule patient appointments and utilize proper scheduling techniques to maximize appointment availability.

* Communicate clearly and concisely with physicians and staff regarding patient-related issues.

* Ensure patient information is accurate, up-to-date, and complete in the electronic medical record program.

* Maintain liaisons with other organizations and offices for the exchange of information.

Qualifications:

* High School Diploma or equivalent required.

* 1 year of clerical experience in a healthcare setting preferred.
