Job Title: Med Surg Registered Nurse

eTeam Inc is seeking a skilled Med Surg Registered Nurse for a travel nursing opportunity in Haines, Alaska.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Med Surg Registered Nurse to join our team. As a travel nurse, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, providing high-quality patient care and collaborating with a team of healthcare professionals.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide clinical services, including working with providers, clinic staff, and management to ensure excellent quality of care and services.
  • Lead and direct the clinic staff, ensuring efficient operation of all aspects of the clinic, including the front desk and patient care.
  • Maintain medication inventory and supplies, not on the Warehouse PAR system.
  • Ensure quality control checks are done with Point of Care tests.
  • Document all care and services provided, completing nurse duties professionally and in a timely manner.
  • Oversee the opening and closing of provider clinics.
  • Communicate effectively with other departments to ensure efficient and quality patient care.
Requirements:
  • Active Alaska license at time of submission.
  • Flu vaccinations prior to start.
