- Monitor and analyze program attendance and participation, making data-driven decisions to improve program offerings.

- Minimum 2 years of experience in a managerial role, preferably in the fitness industry.
- Proven track record of success in group fitness program development and management.
- Nationally accredited group fitness certification (AFAA, ACE, or NASM preferred).
