Job Summary

The Lead Kitchen Attendant will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and sanitation of our kitchen, including dishes, pots, pans, trays, and equipment. Key duties will include:

  1. Scraping and rinsing food from dirty dishes and washing them by hand or placing them in racks or on conveyor to the dishwashing machine.
  2. Washing pots, pans, and trays based on assigned procedures.
  3. Polishing silver using burnishing machines, tumbler, chemical dip, buffing wheel, and hand cloth.
  4. Ensuring compliance with outlined safety procedures.
  5. Maintaining temperatures and chemical levels as outlined by provided standards.
  6. Keeping the dish area orderly and in compliance with safety standards.
  7. Sweeping and mopping kitchen floors to ensure compliance with safety and sanitation standards.
  8. Washing worktables, walls, refrigerators, meat blocks, and other food prep surfaces.
  9. Removing trash and placing it in designated containers.
  10. Transferring supplies and equipment between storage and work areas.
  11. Helping load and unload supplies and product.

Salary Estimate

We estimate the salary for this role to be around $45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience. However, please note that this is just an estimate and may vary based on individual circumstances.
