Job Summary


This role offers an exciting opportunity to join our team at Mammoth Mountain as a Dishwasher. We are seeking an exceptional individual who can maintain dishes, pots, pans, trays, kitchen, work areas, equipment, and utensils in orderly and sanitary condition.



Responsibilities



  • Scrape food from dirty dishes and wash them by hand or place them in racks or on conveyor to dishwashing machine depending on assigned equipment.
  • Wash pots, pans, and trays based on assigned procedures.
  • Pollish silver using burnishing machines, chemical dips, buffing wheels, and hand cloths depending on assigned equipment and procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with outlined safety procedures.
  • Maintain temperatures and chemical levels as outlined by provided standards.
  • Keep dish areas orderly and in compliance with safety standards.
  • Sweep and mop kitchen floors to ensure compliance with safety and sanitation standards.
  • Clean worktables, walls, refrigerators, meat blocks, and other food prep surfaces.
  • Remove trash and place it in designated containers. Steam clean or hose out garbage cans.
  • Transfer supplies and equipment between storage and work areas.
  • Help load and unload supplies and product.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.


About This Role
