Job Title: Lead Systems Engineer

Raytheon is seeking a highly skilled Lead Systems Engineer to support our Emerging Programs product area. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for technical management and ensuring system performance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical leadership to multi-disciplinary program teams
  • Partner with the Program Chief Engineer to ensure engineering team alignment to cost/schedule
  • Ensure systems engineering processes are in place and followed
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM preferred)
  • Minimum 12 years' experience in engineering and manufacturing environments
  • Experience providing technical briefs to subcontractors, senior level executives, and/or customers
  • Experience throughout the full lifecycle of Electronic Warfare, RADAR, or RF products/systems
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Advanced education in a Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) field
  • 8+ years of experience in millimeter, microwave RF Design, and in Digital Signal Processing
  • Experience with Earned Value Management / Cost Account Management
