Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Store Operations Coordinator to join our team at Circle K Stores, Inc. As a Store Operations Coordinator, you will be responsible for assisting the Store Manager with the oversight of store operations, including hiring, supervising, and working with staff to accomplish daily tasks, bookkeeping, and merchandising.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Store Manager with store operations, including hiring, supervising, and working with staff
  • Perform bookkeeping and merchandising tasks
  • Provide fast and friendly service to customers
  • Execute the company's food program
  • Maintain high standards and ensure a clean and safe store environment

Requirements:

  • Planning and organizing skills
  • Cash-handling and bookkeeping experience
  • Retail experience
  • Experience handling food
  • Ability to lift and/or carry up to 30 pounds from ground to overhead up to 30 minutes in a shift
  • Ability to bend at the waist with some twisting up to one hour a shift
