About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Laboratory Technician to join our team at Manpower Group Inc. in Norwell, Massachusetts. As a Laboratory Technician, you will be responsible for performing routine specified analysis of data, clearly communicating research procedures and results, and working on assignments that require the ability to recognize deviation from accepted practice.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform routine specified analysis of data
  • Clearly communicate routine research procedures and results for contribution to reports
  • Work on assignments that are semi-routine in nature where ability to recognize deviation from accepted practice is required
  • May train and guide less experienced staff and may provide input to performance reviews
  • Verifies the accuracy, applicability, and reasonableness of project work
Requirements
  • US Citizen and eligible to receive a Security Clearance
  • Associate degree in related field; 1 year of applicable experience; or an equivalent combination of education and or experience in a related field
  • Exhibits sufficient technical knowledge to perform routine assignments
  • Demonstrated ability to operate basic equipment and follow standard procedures
  • May be expected to pursue various certifications or continuing educational units, as needed
