ORTC, LLC operates an adult outpatient opioid treatment program focused on assisting individuals battling opioid addiction through a combination of Medication Assisted Treatment (MAT) using methadone or buprenorphine/suboxone, detoxification, and intensive individual and group counseling, all within an outpatient framework.

Our operational hours are: 5:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. Monday to Friday and 6:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. on rotating Saturdays. The work schedule is from 5:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. Monday to Friday with rotating Saturdays, or after 90 days, you may qualify for a four-day work week.

A typical day at ORTC, LLC may include:

  • Supporting clients with opioid dependencies in recognizing, enhancing, and aligning their strengths with suitable social, educational, and vocational objectives.
  • Assisting clients in preparing for and adapting to a drug-free lifestyle while providing emotional and physical support for any challenges they encounter.
  • Delivering services to assigned clients while adhering to established schedules, program policies, and all relevant regulatory requirements.
  • Performing duties within the scope of your certification or licensure.
Qualifications and Skills:
  • Possession of a valid license and degree in the state of employment (Oregon CADC I, II, or III; Washington - SUDP T or SUDP).
  • Current driver's license.
  • Compliance with state regulations for employment in an opioid treatment program.
  • Adherence to federal guidelines regarding prohibited substances, even those permitted at the state level.

ORTC, LLC serves as an apprenticeship site for United We Heal (UWH), collaborating with behavioral health professionals and employers to create comprehensive training opportunities for individuals pursuing QMHA, CADC, or Medical Assistant certifications. Participants in the apprenticeship program will receive supervision and on-the-job training at no cost, along with financial stipends based on individual needs.
