ORTC, LLC operates an adult outpatient opioid treatment program focused on assisting individuals battling opioid addiction through a combination of Medication Assisted Treatment (MAT) using methadone or buprenorphine/suboxone, detoxification, and intensive individual and group counseling, all within an outpatient framework.
Our operational hours are: 5:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. Monday to Friday and 6:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. on rotating Saturdays. The work schedule is from 5:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. Monday to Friday with rotating Saturdays, or after 90 days, you may qualify for a four-day work week.
A typical day at ORTC, LLC may include:
- Supporting clients with opioid dependencies in recognizing, enhancing, and aligning their strengths with suitable social, educational, and vocational objectives.
- Assisting clients in preparing for and adapting to a drug-free lifestyle while providing emotional and physical support for any challenges they encounter.
- Delivering services to assigned clients while adhering to established schedules, program policies, and all relevant regulatory requirements.
- Performing duties within the scope of your certification or licensure.
- Possession of a valid license and degree in the state of employment (Oregon CADC I, II, or III; Washington - SUDP T or SUDP).
- Current driver's license.
- Compliance with state regulations for employment in an opioid treatment program.
- Adherence to federal guidelines regarding prohibited substances, even those permitted at the state level.
- Health, dental, and vision insurance plans - Medical coverage is 90% employer-paid with 25% dependent coverage; Dental coverage is 90% employer-paid with 20% dependent coverage.
- 401k plan with a 4% Safe Harbor match contribution.
- Optional benefits including life, disability, accident, and critical illness insurance.
- Company-provided life insurance of $20,000.
