Position Overview: We are seeking a dedicated caregiver to provide assistance to two of our cherished clients located in the Tualatin and Wilsonville regions. The role involves a commitment of 20+ hours per week, focusing on light assistance with daily living activities, companionship, and support.
About Us: United Homecare Services is a nonprofit organization committed to enhancing the dignity and quality of life for seniors in Oregon. Our mission revolves around partnering with families to provide essential home assistance.
Our Caregivers: We deeply value our caregivers, recognizing them as the cornerstone of our services. We strive to match experienced caregivers with clients to foster long-lasting, positive relationships built on trust.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist clients with daily living activities.
- Provide personal care services, including bathing, toileting, mobility assistance, dressing, and grooming.
- Perform light housekeeping and laundry to ensure a comfortable living environment.
- Offer companionship to alleviate feelings of isolation among seniors.
- Administer medication reminders.
- Plan, prepare, and serve nutritious meals.
- Accompany clients for shopping or assist with errands.
- Transport clients to appointments as needed.
- Report any unusual incidents and respond appropriately in emergencies.

- Starting pay of $18.00 per hour.
