We are seeking a highly skilled Patient Service Representative to provide exceptional patient service and satisfaction in our clinical team. This individual will be responsible for answering phones, handling patient inquiries, scheduling appointments, and assisting with treatment plans.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to patients and visitors
- Answer phones and respond to patient inquiries
- Schedule appointments and maintain appointment books
- Confirm appointments and follow up on no-shows
- Register patients and post charges and payments
- Maintain a clean and friendly waiting area
Requirements
- Experience working in a dental or medical office
- Knowledge of insurance plans and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a team-based environment
