Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate District Substitute Nurse to join our team at Watertown Public Schools. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in nursing, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing nursing care to students with health needs, including those with special education plans. This includes developing and implementing individualized healthcare plans, collecting and documenting student health data, and collaborating with teachers and other school staff to ensure seamless delivery of services.

Salary and Benefits:

  • $280.00 per day (full-day non-agency rate) or $140.00 per half-day

Required Qualifications:

  • CURRENT STATE OF CONNECTICUT REGISTERED NURSE LICENSE
