We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Nurse Practitioner to join our team in Eagan. As an Integrative Medicine Nurse Practitioner, you will provide comprehensive care to patients using an integrative/functional medicine philosophy.
Key Responsibilities- Provide clinical care for patients using an integrative/functional medicine approach, including providing clinical expertise, advanced clinical consultation, and education to patients.
- Participate in the healthcare team, promoting communication and collaboration with other healthcare staff, and acting as a resource and liaison as needed.
- Develop and implement integrative approaches to health promotion, disease prevention, and chronic disease management, utilizing both conventional and integrative medicine to emphasize optimal health and wellbeing.
- Master's degree in Nursing from an accredited Nurse Practitioner program.
- Minimum 2 years of experience as an Integrative Medicine Provider or in the process of completing a certification in Integrative/Functional Medicine.
- 2 years of experience post-Nurse Practitioner training required.
- Experience in providing Integrative Medicine consultations strongly preferred.
