Responsibilities:
  • Provide delegated age-appropriate care to patients, including personal care and basic restorative services
  • Assist patients with tasks outlined in their clinical competency assessment
  • Practice and perform skills learned during CNA training and certification
  • Provide continuous safety observation and report any concerns to the RN
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure high-quality patient care
Requirements:
  • State of Wisconsin Nursing Assistant Certification
  • American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support for the Healthcare Provider (BLS) or an AHA-approved equivalent
  • High School diploma or equivalent
