Certified Nursing Assistant Job Summary

The Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) plays a vital role in providing high-quality patient care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse. As a CNA, you will work collaboratively with the healthcare team to deliver compassionate and individualized care to patients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist patients with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Provide basic care and support to patients, including feeding, toileting, and mobility assistance
  • Monitor patients' vital signs and report any changes to the Registered Nurse
  • Assist with range of motion exercises and other therapeutic activities to promote patient mobility and comfort
  • Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients, including restocking supplies and cleaning equipment
Requirements:
  • Certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in the state of Wisconsin
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
