Position Overview:

Banner Health is in search of a skilled Cardiac Catheterization Specialist to join our dedicated team in providing exceptional cardiovascular care.

Key Responsibilities:
As a vital member of our healthcare team, you will:
1. Assist qualified physicians in conducting diagnostic and interventional cardiovascular procedures aimed at treating heart conditions, adhering to established departmental protocols.
2. Conduct thorough patient evaluations and monitor their responses during procedures, ensuring optimal care and safety.
3. Operate diagnostic and therapeutic equipment proficiently, troubleshooting any issues to maintain high standards of performance.
4. Uphold aseptic and sterile techniques throughout all procedures, ensuring a safe environment for patients and staff.
5. Maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical and legal responsibilities related to your professional practice.

Qualifications:
To be considered for this role, candidates must possess:
- A high school diploma or equivalent, with completion of a Cardiovascular Invasive program or relevant experience.
- Current BLS certification; ACLS may be required based on specific assignments.
- Successful completion of the Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist (RCIS) examinations.
- A minimum of two years of experience in a Cardiac Cath Lab setting is preferred.
