Position Overview:
An Incident Response (IR) Specialist is crucial in detecting and addressing cybersecurity incidents. Collaborating closely with the Security Operations Center (SOC) analyst, this role involves troubleshooting and prioritizing issues, addressing Indicators of Compromise (IOC), and working with the team to strengthen security protocols. Responsibilities encompass conducting forensic investigations, analyzing Tactics, Techniques, and Procedures (TTPs), automating Malware Analysis, and providing support for Insider Threats.
This position requires a candidate who can exhibit intelligence-driven incident response, offer valuable insights to the security team, and ensure a strong network defense. Furthermore, the individual will assist in enforcing security policies, maintaining security tools, performing administrative duties, generating reports, and overseeing security operations.
