Position: Maintenance Technician

Location: North Vernon, Indiana

Shift: 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM OR 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM

Schedule: Rotating (3 days on, 4 days off, 4 days on, 3 days off)

Compensation: $25 - $30/hr

Available Positions: Both day and night shifts are open

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintenance & Repair: Be instrumental in ensuring our machinery and equipment operate at optimal levels, managing mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and basic electrical troubleshooting and repairs.
  • Hands-On Engagement: Leverage your skills with various tools and equipment to guarantee smooth operations.
  • Problem Resolution: Oversee machine setups, address troubleshooting issues, and execute repairs to maintain production efficiency and safety.
  • Preventative Maintenance: Proactively conduct scheduled maintenance to minimize downtime and enhance the longevity of our equipment.
  • Forklift Operation: Safely operate and maintain forklifts to facilitate efficient material handling throughout the facility.
