**About the Role**

At Advantage Solutions, we're seeking a skilled Retail Sales Ambassador to join our sales-based team. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for driving sales growth and delivering exceptional customer experiences in retail settings.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, including store managers and sales teams
  • Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and market trends to provide informed sales recommendations
  • Manage and maintain a high level of product knowledge and sales skills
  • Work independently with minimal supervision, prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively
  • Travel to retail stores within a designated territory to conduct sales calls and presentations
  • Meet or exceed sales targets, while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction

**Requirements**

  • 18 years or older
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
  • 1-2 years of sales or merchandising experience, or willingness to learn and develop skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Comfortable with technology and able to learn new systems and tools
