Key Responsibilities:
  • Menu Development: Collaborate with the Executive Chef to create innovative and delicious dishes that meet our concept, ensuring consistency and quality across the kitchen.

  • Professionalism: Have a professional and respectful demeanor, remaining calm and composed under pressure.
  • Flexibility: Must be able to work weekends and nights, with flexibility to adapt to changing schedules.
  • Language Skills: Fresh pasta, pastry, and wood fire oven experience is a plus, as is fluency in English and Spanish.
