Key Responsibilities:- Menu Development: Collaborate with the Executive Chef to create innovative and delicious dishes that meet our concept, ensuring consistency and quality across the kitchen.
- Team Leadership: Lead by example, providing guidance and coaching to hourly staff to ensure they meet the highest standards of food preparation and service.
- Quality Control: Conduct daily inspections of stations to monitor quality of food preparation, cleanliness, and sanitation of production and service areas.
- Compliance: Maintain complete knowledge of company policies, service procedures, and standards, ensuring compliance and adherence.
- Culinary Expertise: Assist the Executive Chef with menu development, ensuring innovative and delicious dishes that meet our concept.

- Operational Experience: Have strong line work experience in a fast-paced environment, with a great sense of organization and time management skills.
- Administrative Skills: Experience with food cost, inventory, labor cost, administrative paperwork, and ordering is essential.
- Professionalism: Have a professional and respectful demeanor, remaining calm and composed under pressure.
- Flexibility: Must be able to work weekends and nights, with flexibility to adapt to changing schedules.
- Language Skills: Fresh pasta, pastry, and wood fire oven experience is a plus, as is fluency in English and Spanish.
