The Sales Associate serves as the primary customer service expert within the retail environment.

They play a crucial role in surpassing customer expectations by attentively understanding their needs, recommending suitable products, providing comprehensive product details, and successfully completing sales transactions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Achieve and surpass sales targets
  • Uphold brand and operational standards (visual presentation, cleanliness, etc.)
  • Address customer needs and exceed expectations by adhering to the Uniqlo service standards, following the Fundamental Principles, and utilizing the 6 standard phrases.
  • Be well-versed in fitting room protocols and assist as necessary
  • Serve as a cashier when required, adhering to cashier protocols
  • Manage incoming shipments and ensure all merchandise is displayed on the sales floor in a complete size range
  • Collaborate with management to identify and resolve store-related issues
  • Provide customers with in-depth product and brand knowledge
  • Comply with all company policies and procedures and inform management of any violations
  • Support special projects as directed by management
Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Proficiency in calculating figures and amounts such as discounts and percentages
  • Flexibility to work a schedule that aligns with business needs, including evenings and weekends
Full-time Requirements:

*Average 32 or more hours per week based on business fluctuations

*Availability required on both Saturday and Sunday, with exceptions for religious observances

*Limitations on availability restricted to two days per week.
