Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Associate to join our team at Mondelēz International. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for establishing and maintaining strong relationships with key store individuals, providing exceptional customer service, and maximizing sales through effective planning and order-writing.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Carry out in-store visits according to Mondelēz' visit method, ensuring our leading brands are well-represented, stocked, and maintained through the implementation of our guidelines.
  • Ensure Sales Representative's negotiations with store managers are being followed and communicate any issues with Mondelēz management team.
  • Follow the daily route planning prepared by the operations team to ensure the most efficient in-store service.
  • Represent Mondelēz International in front of in-store employees and work closely with sales representatives to optimize visibility of our products on shelves and the construction of promotional displays.
  • Enhance seasonal sales, seasonal displays, and new product launches.
  • Work in conjunction with the Merchandisers to ensure inventory is fully stocked, rotated, and presentable at all times.

What You Can Expect:

  • An annual base salary ranging from $41,000 to $42,000.
  • A quarterly incentive program with a target of 15% of the base.
  • A comprehensive benefits package, including a retirement savings plan, life and disability insurance, paid holiday and vacation days, an employee assistance program, and health benefits.

Requirements:

  • Be at least 18 years of age and have a valid driver's license.
  • High School Diploma or GED preferred.
  • Live within 50 miles of the primary location in Thornton, CO.
  • Be willing to visit secondary locations in Aurora, Broomfield, Commerce City, and Westminster, CO.
  • Have a flexible schedule, Monday-Friday, dependent on coverage.
  • Be open to relocation, outside of region, and outside of state, as necessary.
  • Ability to perform hard work in a fast-paced environment and meet defined physical activities.
  • Ability to identify opportunities to use promotional and merchandising techniques to develop and support customer relations.
