Job Summary

CVS Health is seeking a skilled Pharmacy Technician to join our Participant Services team. As a Pharmacy Technician, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional customer service and resolving issues related to participant requests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Accept and resolve incoming calls related to participant requests
  • Partner with other departments to ensure timely resolution of requests and inquiries
  • Work in multiple types of queues and databases to resolve issues
  • Provide phone support to members and prescribers
Requirements
  • Valid Technician or Technician Trainee License
  • Experience with PC skills in Windows-based applications
  • Advanced verbal and written communication skills
  • Team-oriented, customer service focused, and able to identify process improvements
Preferred Qualifications
  • National Certification (CPhT) preferred
  • Ability to understand the audience you are writing to
  • Analytical problem-solving skills
