Role Responsibilities

The Senior Litigation Paralegal plays a crucial role in our Litigation team, contributing to various aspects of our legal processes, including:

  • Assisting with comprehensive litigation and arbitration workflows, from case intake to trial support.
  • Organizing, reviewing, and summarizing documents from diverse sources.
  • Managing subrogation processes and handling mail and subpoena triage.
  • Creating and maintaining detailed reports.
  • Administering litigation support databases effectively.
  • Facilitating vendor onboarding and support.
  • Providing essential legal and administrative assistance to attorneys, including conducting legal research.
  • Coordinating communications with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Performing additional duties as required.
Qualifications
  • A Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • A minimum of 2 years of paralegal experience in a reputable law firm or corporate legal department.
  • Proficiency in legal research and document editing using Word, Google Docs, and other Google Suite applications.
Preferred Skills
  • Strong time management abilities to efficiently manage multiple tasks.

Compensation Transparency: The base pay for this position is $48.46 per hour, with eligibility for comprehensive employee benefits and vacation accrual.
