Job Description

Congo Brands is a leading health and wellness company that offers a range of supplements, fitness snacks, hydration drinks, and energy drinks through e-commerce and retail partnerships. We are seeking a highly motivated and charismatic Field Marketing Ambassador to join our team and help us promote our brands to consumers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Represent our brands at various events and locations, engaging with consumers and promoting our products in a positive and responsible manner.
  • Develop and maintain a strong knowledge of our products and their benefits, and be able to effectively communicate this information to consumers.
  • Work closely with our Field Marketing Specialist/Manager to identify and capitalize on opportunities to promote our brands and products.
  • Provide excellent customer service and ensure that all interactions with consumers are professional and courteous.
  • Assist in the daily upkeep of our vehicle and warehouse space, and be willing to lift/carry a minimum of 30 lbs of product.
Requirements:
  • A reliable means of public or private transportation, with a valid driver's license that is not expired, suspended, or revoked as demonstrated with an MVR.
  • Must be 21 years of age or older.
  • Ability to proactively engage, educate, and sample product to a wide variety of consumer groups.
  • Must be able to attend and actively participate in 1-2 team meetings per month.
  • Ability to work exceptionally well with others in a team environment.
  • Must be able to stand and remain mobile for extended periods of time during sampling missions.
  • Ability to drive safely and navigate unfamiliar places in the Alani Nu/PRIME Vehicle.
  • Provide basic and accurate recaps of sampling missions that includes amount of product sampled and generic consumer information.
