Job Title:
Service Technician

Reporting Structure:
Reports to the Operations Manager

Role Summary:
This role entails the inspection, diagnosis, repair, and maintenance of motor coaches and various commercial vehicles.

Compensation and Benefits:

Salary Range:
$65.00 per hour

This information reflects the proposed base salary range for this position based on available data. Minimums and maximums may vary based on location.

Individual pay is determined by additional factors including job-related skills, experience, applicable education or training, and other relevant factors.


Key Responsibilities:
1. Conduct inspections, diagnoses, repairs, and maintenance on motor coaches and other commercial vehicles.
2. Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures.
3. Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations relevant to operations, facilities, and personnel, including EPA, OSHA, and DOT standards.
4. Specific duties and responsibilities are based on individual Service Technician training, certification, knowledge, skills, and experience.
5. Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
1. Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
2. Must possess the necessary tools to fulfill assigned responsibilities.
3. Previous experience in Body and Frame Repairs is required.
4. Experience with Interior Component repair/replacement is preferred.
5. Audio/Video knowledge is recommended but not mandatory.

Required Skills:
1. Self-starter with a positive attitude.
2. Excellent attendance record.
3. Willingness to travel, including potential weekend and overtime work.

Physical Requirements:
1. Ability to lift and move items weighing at least 100 pounds.
2. Must be able to move constantly for extended periods of time during shifts.
3. Capability to work both indoors and outdoors for prolonged periods.
