Responsibilities:
  • Provide advanced practice nursing care to patients with wounds, burns, and ostomies
  • Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive patient care
  • Conduct wound assessments and develop treatment plans
  • Provide education to patients and families on wound care and ostomy management
Requirements:
  • Current licensure as a Nurse Practitioner in the state of practice
  • Experience in wound care and ostomy management
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Work Environment:

This is a full-time position in an outpatient setting. The ideal candidate will be able to work Monday - Friday, 8a-5p, with occasional flexibility to meet the needs of the practice.
