We are seeking a highly motivated and sales-driven individual to represent Qunol supplements at the Port Chester Costco location. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our high-quality products to customers, ensuring exceptional customer service, and meeting daily sales goals.

Compensation and Benefits

The estimated salary for this position is $23.00 per hour, with additional income potential through bonuses based on surpassing sales quotas. We provide a promotional kit and bi-weekly paychecks via direct deposit. Our average brand ambassadors make $200-$300 per day, with top performers earning $300+ per day.

Job Description

This part-time sales position involves approaching and interacting with Costco members to promote various brands provided by suppliers. You will need to present yourself and the company professionally while at Costco, provide excellent customer service, and adhere to Direct Demo, CDS, and Costco policies.

  • Approach and interact with Costco members to promote various brands provided by suppliers.
  • Present yourself and the company competently and professionally while at Costco.
  • Provide excellent customer service to Costco members on behalf of Direct Demo.
  • Fully adhere to Direct Demo, CDS, and Costco policies as they may be amended from time to time.
  • Inventory tracking, reporting, and maintenance.
  • Product display maintenance.
  • Regularly check for messages concerning scheduling and other communication from your manager.
  • Availability for regularly scheduled paid compliance calls with team and/or regional manager.
  • Must be able to lift up to 30 pounds several times per day.
  • Ability to stand for extended stretches of time.
  • Ability to work independently and without direct supervision as the only team member per location.

Bonus Structure and Additional Information

The bonus structure may vary, and weekly bonus structure will be sent out every week. Shift days and hours may vary weekly depending on demo/club availability. Promoters will earn bonus once quota is achieved for units sold during the demo shift. Bonus will be capped at 100 units of the same item daily. Personally purchasing items to reach quota is strictly prohibited and could result in termination.
