Senior Program Management Professional for Top Secret Clearance

As a Senior Program Management Professional, you will be assigned to support the US Space Force's Space Systems Command (SSC), Operational Command and Control Acquisition Delta, known as Kobayashi Maru. Kobayashi Maru is responsible for continuously delivering impactful software for space operations. The program office's mission includes the development and deployment of software for space defense, space domain awareness, and enabling data services.

Duties include, but are not limited to:
- Provide program management expertise to the Platform Team. This will include leading the planning, execution, and delivery of projects related to KM platforms and Space C2 enablement. Complex Project Leadership
- Develop project plans, set milestones, and manage resources effectively to ensure project success. Monitoring project progress and performance, addressing issues and implementing corrective actions as necessary. Milestone-Oriented Resource Management
- Implement solutions given an architect's vision, while enabling all other components to provide a holistic capability in support of the Government Program Office priorities, additional Operational C2 lines of effort (LOEs), developers, products, and end-users. Holistic Solution Implementation
- Provide expert advice to the Government Program Manager and Senior Space Force Leadership regarding acquisition strategies, contracting, budgeting, and execution. Expert Acquisition Guidance
- Drive innovative solutions to deliver results to the warfighters that leverage the latest in DevSecOps resources and scalable cloud and bare metal microservices to support advanced communications, tactical cloud, and secure processing. Innovative Cloud Solutions
- Assist the government with transition from prototype software systems to scalable enterprise microservice enabled applications ready for operational units. Scalable Application Development
- Sustain the development and refinement of acquisition strategies, as well as identify program execution issues and provide recommendations when possible. Strategic Program Oversight
- Generate presentation materials, status briefings, and strategic communication products to assist the government customer in achieving favorable program outcomes. Effective Communication Strategies
- Perform analyses of program business cases and risk assessments. Offer actionable recommendations to the program manager. Business Case Analysis
- Communicate technical strategy regarding infrastructure, platform, data, and application development to contractors, external stakeholders, program managers, and senior government leadership. Tech Strategy Communication
- Manage and organize resources and personnel needed to efficiently and effectively meet the objectives of each task, as well as explore new approaches as applicable within the performance of these tasks. Task-Oriented Resource Management

Citizenship: Must be a US citizen
Clearance: Active Secret clearance with ability to obtain TS
Education: Bachelor's degree in any field
Years of Experience: 15 years of professional experience with implementing large scale, highly-available, complex platform solutions
Estimated Salary: $160,000 - $180,000 per year
Based on location and industry standards, this salary range is estimated to cover the base job requirements and responsibilities.
