Pharmaceutical Contract Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Manager, Contract & Formulary Compliance. This role will be responsible for supporting the development, performance, and analysis of Managed Care data, post-audit disputes, and PBM customer dispute analytics.
Key Responsibilities:- Review Managed Care Contracts, data, and perform analysis on PBM/customer disputes when they arise.
- Prepare PowerPoint presentations and present data findings to customers to recover paid rebates or withhold rebates according to contract terms.
- Work in conjunction with Third Party Auditors on post-audit initiatives according to Teva's rolling post-audit schedule.
- Lead meetings, conduct analysis, and work with TPA on findings. Communicate findings with customers and resolve issues.
- Track and communicate recoverability rates and financials for data accuracy and reporting.
- Bachelor's degree with emphasis in Business, Finance, Accounting, or related fields or equivalent combination of education, training, and/or direct work-related experience.
- 5+ years of Managed Care Pharmaceutical related business or finance experience.
- Experience in Pharmaceutical Managed Care modeling, analytics, or contracting for a manufacturer, Health Plan, PBM, GPO, and/or in a consulting capacity.
- Proven ability to interpret and manage complex data sets effectively in a team-based environment.
- Strong financial acumen and analytical skills, with the ability to translate insights into business impacts and actionable next steps.
- High-level knowledge of drug formulary structure (PA, QL, Tiers, ST), understanding of Managed Care contracting as it relates to formulary access and tier position for biosimilars and pharmacy drugs (Medical Claims/Managed Care), and Pharmaceutical contract language.
- Ability to display and articulate comprehensive understanding of Medical/Managed Care Rebate agreements.
- Negotiation and presentation skills.
- Understanding of drug purchase discounts and interaction with Rx-based rebates.
