Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the loan application, approval, and collections process
  • Develop and maintain customer relationships
  • Negotiate in collection efforts on past due loans
  • Deliver outstanding full-cycle customer service

Requirements:

  • Strong customer service skills
  • Cash handling experience
  • Experience in collections
  • Excellent time-management skills
  • Superior verbal/communication skills
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision
  • Reliable transportation and current driver's license

Benefits:

  • Monday - Thursday 9:00AM - 5:30PM, Friday 9:00AM - 6:00PM, half day on Saturday, No Sundays and a day off each week
