About the Role:

We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate RN with a passion for wound care and ostomy management. As a WOC Nurse, you will be responsible for providing expert clinical education and support to our staff, ensuring that our patients receive the highest quality care.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement clinical education programs for wound and ostomy management
  • Collaborate with regional and program leadership to deliver new hire and ongoing clinical education and competency development
  • Participate in creating and delivering presentations on project status and outcomes to management
  • Support the day-to-day operations of the wound management software application
  • Evaluate clinical outcomes data and analyze practice patterns to promote organizational responses that meet the needs of patients with specific complex and chronic illnesses
Requirements:
  • Current License and registration to practice as a Registered Professional Nurse in NYS
  • Minimum of five years progressive experience in health care
  • Conversant in data interpretation and presentation
  • Proficient with personal computers, including Windows, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
