Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan, coordinate, and oversee engineering projects related to Science & Technology.
  • Prepare contract support documentation within a Science and Technology framework.
  • Contribute to the development of system capability requirements documents, key performance indicators, initial capability statements, and capability development plans.
  • Draft essential documents including Statements of Work, Independent Government Cost Estimates, Contract Data Requirement Lists, and Justification and Approval (J&A) forms.
  • Develop interagency agreements such as Memoranda of Agreement (MoA) and Memoranda of Understanding (MOU).
  • Conduct market research and analysis to assess maturity and suitability for informing key documentation.
  • Propose alternatives to enhance effectiveness, performance, cost, schedule, compatibility with existing operations, personnel, doctrine, and overall risk management.
  • Evaluate and provide estimates for materials, equipment services, and production costs.
  • Lead systems engineering activities throughout project execution.
  • Deliver a comprehensive definition of all aspects of system development from mission analysis to verification and validation of system performance.
  • Support operations through risk management, cost control, and scheduling; effectively manage large-scale, integrated projects.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in a STEM discipline; Master's degree is preferred.
  • Several years of relevant experience in systems engineering.
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel and PowerPoint, Teams) and Adobe products.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Possession of a TS/SCI clearance with polygraph is mandatory; no exceptions will be made.

Travel Requirements:
Occasional OCONUS travel may be necessary (approximately 10%).

Security Clearance:
Active TS/SCI security clearance with CI Polygraph is required.
