High Volume Transaction Specialist

Apple is seeking a highly skilled Senior Software Engineer to join our iRecon Payments Platform team. As a leader in software development, you'll be responsible for designing and leading next-generation payments platforms that process transactional data at scale with full observability and enable Generative AI-assisted workflows to improve users' productivity and efficiency.
We're looking for a self-starter with strong analytical and leadership capabilities who can engineer and support a continuous stream of financial data to ensure accurate invoicing, disbursements, receipts, and payments. With great communication skills, business relationships, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, this role is ideal for those passionate about software development and innovation.
The estimated annual salary for this position is around $150,000-$180,000, depending on experience. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
Key qualifications include:
4+ years of experience in software engineering full stack
4+ years experience in Java core and Spring Boot framework with hands-on experience in designing and developing Microservices, REST API, and Java backend services
Education: Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
Preferred qualifications include:
In-depth knowledge of Transformer architecture and Generative AI concepts
Strong knowledge and experience in prompt engineering, full instruct, and PEFT such as LoRA/QLoRA trainings on LLM
Hands-on experience with building and extending RAG, multi-agents framework such as Langchain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex, AutoGen is a plus
Experience with ML frameworks such as PyTorch or TensorFlow and Python data science modules
Experience with cloud provider services such as AWS, GCP, Azure
Experience designing and building distributed systems including scalability, reliability, and performance
Hands-on experience in UI/UX development and JavaScript/React framework
Experience in SQL and NoSQL distributed databases such as Oracle and MongoDB
Experience in software development and architecture, object-oriented design, and data structures in Java
