Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative to join our team. As a Sales Development Representative, you will be responsible for leveraging our salesforce to assess our current pipeline of advisors, managing a pipeline of leads, and booking sales demonstrations for our Sales Associates.

You will work closely with our SDR Team Lead, Senior Sales Manager, and VP of Sales to enhance our sales playbooks and drive growth. If you have a growth mindset, a 'can do' attitude, and excellent communication skills, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leverage our salesforce to assess our current pipeline of advisors
  • Manage a pipeline of leads, which consist of a balanced mix of warm leads generated from marketing and outbound cold calls
  • Book on average 2 sales demonstrations each day for our Sales Associates
  • Collaborate with our SDR Team Lead, Senior Sales Manager, and VP of Sales during recurring brainstorming sessions to enhance our sales playbooks

What We Offer
  • Salary + Commission – Overall Target Compensation: $42,000 - $51,000
