Responsibilities- Engage with residents, building meaningful relationships and providing emotional support
- Administer medications and treatments, ensuring accuracy and quality control
- Manage medication carts, maintaining up-to-date supplies and adhering to quality standards
- Provide social and emotional support, encouraging residents' independence and dignity
- Prior direct-care experience preferred
- High school diploma or GED
- Current CPR and first aid certification preferred
- Respect for patient rights and confidentiality
- Up-to-date medication certification requirements preferred
- Highly organized skills and ability to perform physical tasks required in this role
