Lettershop Supervisor

Amsive is seeking a highly skilled Lettershop Supervisor to lead our mail inserting team. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and effective operation of our mail inserting equipment and processes.

• Lead and direct the mail inserting team to achieve production goals and objectives.
• Develop and implement process improvements to increase productivity and efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of projects.
• Monitor and maintain the quality of mail pieces to ensure compliance with customer specifications.
• Perform daily maintenance and troubleshooting of mail inserting equipment.
• Manage and maintain accurate records of production data and labor hours.
• Develop and implement training programs to enhance team member skills and knowledge.
• Ensure a safe and healthy work environment by adhering to company safety policies and procedures.

• 3+ years of experience in a production or supervisory role.
• Proven track record of process improvement and productivity gains.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating instructions, and procedure manuals.
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
• Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task.
• Aptitude for accuracy and a meticulous eye for detail.

• Indoor, temperature-controlled production facility.
• Must be able to stand on feet for at least 8 hours/day.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.

Amsive is a Federal Contractor, and this position may require government security clearance for certain projects.
