Lettershop Supervisor

Amsive is seeking a highly skilled Lettershop Supervisor to lead our mail insertion team on the 2nd shift. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and effective operation of our mail insertion equipment and processes.

• Lead and direct the mail insertion team to meet production schedules and quality standards.
• Operate and maintain mail insertion equipment, including cutting, accumulating, folding, and inserting.
• Troubleshoot equipment-related issues and perform daily maintenance as required.
• Collaborate with prepress, print, and mail teams to ensure seamless workflows and imposition recommendations.
• Perform production quality verifications and record/sequence verifications on all variable jobs.
• Complete departmental daily tasks, including housekeeping, communications, and operations.
• Data entry of jobs being processed in ERP for labor tracking, material usage, and productivity numbers.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment, adhering to company regulatory standards.
• Flexibility to work overtime and in other departments as needed to meet goals.

• 3+ years of continuous work experience in the mail industry or print industry.
• Effective process management skills and excellent communication skills.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Ability to read and interpret documents, including safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
• Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task.
• Aptitude for accuracy and a meticulous eye for detail.
• Ability to work independently.

Amsive is a dynamic and fast-paced production facility with a temperature-controlled environment. The ideal candidate will be able to stand for at least 8 hours per day and lift up to 50 pounds.

Amsive is a Federal Contractor, and this position may require government security clearance for certain projects.
