About the Role
This Mental Health Technician position offers a unique opportunity to make a difference in the lives of our patients. Responsibilities:
• Assist patients with daily living activities (ADLs), such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Monitor patient safety and respond promptly to any concerns
• Conduct routine vital sign checks, measure height and weight, and record intake and output
• Escort and transport patients to various locations within the hospital
• Implement treatment plans developed by healthcare professionals
• Communicate effectively with patients using therapeutic techniques
• Adhere to hospital and departmental policies and procedures

Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you will need:
• A high school diploma or equivalent
• A valid driver's license
• Basic computer skills and ability to navigate electronic systems
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask
• Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and adhering to HIPAA guidelines
