Key Responsibilities
  • Greet and Serve Guests: Greet guests in a friendly and professional manner, take orders, and serve beverages in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Manage Cash and Financial Transactions: Process payments, handle cash and credit transactions, and maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Provide Excellent Customer Service: Respond to guest inquiries, resolve issues, and provide recommendations to enhance the guest experience.
  • Stay Up-to-Date on Beverage Options: Develop a working knowledge of our beverage menu, including cocktails, beers, and wines, and make recommendations to guests.
  • Work Well in a Fast-Paced Environment: Maintain a positive attitude and work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements
  • 21 Years of Age or Older: Must be at least 21 years of age to apply.
  • Craft Cocktail Experience: Previous experience in a craft cocktail environment is preferred.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with staff and guests.
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent: Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
