As a Host/Hostess at Red Lobster, your goal is to create an exceptional experience for our guests from the moment they arrive to the moment they leave. You will be the first point of contact for our guests, setting the tone for their dining experience.

Responsibilities:

• Greet guests with friendly conversation and use a seating chart to seat them appropriately.
• Monitor a waiting list and manage a floor chart with available tables.
• Communicate with guests who are waiting and ensure they are informed of any delays.
• Maintain the cleanliness of the menus, waiting room, and restrooms.
• Answer phones and fill to-go orders when needed.

What You Need to Succeed:

• Organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and prioritize responsibilities.
• Excellent communication skills to engage with guests and team members.
• Ability to remain on your feet for several hours at a time and lift up to 20 pounds.
