Job Overview

As a Host/Hostess at Red Lobster, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, setting the tone for an exceptional dining experience. Your goal is to create a welcoming atmosphere, ensuring that every guest feels valued and cared for throughout their visit.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a friendly smile and engage in conversation to make them feel at ease.
• Utilize a seating chart to efficiently seat guests, ensuring a seamless dining experience.
• Stay up-to-date on current promotions and popular menu items to provide informed recommendations.
• Monitor the waiting list, manage the floor chart, and communicate with guests who are waiting.
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the menus, waiting area, and restrooms.
• Assist with answering phones and filling to-go orders as needed.

Requirements

• Must be at least 16 years of age.
• Ability to organize, plan ahead, and engage in conversation with guests.
• Physical demands include remaining on your feet for several hours, lifting up to 20 pounds, and frequent bending, kneeling, and sweeping.
