Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist bartenders in maintaining a well-stocked and organized bar area.
  • Support the team during high-volume service periods, including weekend brunch and dinner.
  • Ensure cleanliness and efficiency in all bar operations.
  • Engage with guests to create a welcoming atmosphere.

Essential Qualifications:
  • Must be at least 21 years old to serve alcoholic beverages.
  • Prior experience in food and beverage service, particularly in a barback role.
  • Ability to handle trays and lift heavy items, up to 50 lbs.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to manage customer interactions with patience and diplomacy.
  • Effective communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to work independently and efficiently.
  • Reliable attendance and punctuality are essential.

Required Certifications:
  • Food handling certificate or Serv-Safe certification.
  • Responsible Beverage Server Training & ABC certification.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Compensation: $17.45 per hour
