Clinical Nurse Practitioner

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate LPN to join our team at the M Health Fairview Bloomington Oxboro Dermatology Clinic in Bloomington, MN.
Job Summary:The LPN will work under the direction of a Registered Nurse or physician/authorized practitioner, providing delegated nursing and medical functions to an assigned group of patients. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service, public relations, and communication skills, with the ability to prioritize and work with a fluctuation in workload while working independently.
Responsibilities:- Perform delegated nursing and medical functions, including data collection and delivery of care to assigned patients.
- Work under the direction of a Registered Nurse or physician/authorized practitioner, collaborating with other members of the healthcare team.
- Adhere to all policies, procedures, and nursing practice guidelines.
- Involve patients, families, and other health team members in gathering relevant data.
- Document data collected in the medical record.
- Deliver care as delegated by the RN or physician/authorized practitioner to assigned patient population.
- Follow the patient's plan of care.
- Prioritize work based on patient acuity, available resources, and patient/family preferences.
- Perform high and low risk technical procedures, including medications, defined by the clinical setting.
- Communicate effectively with other members of the healthcare team.
- Vocational/Technical Training or Associates Degree.
- One year previous healthcare and/or customer service experience.
- Current Minnesota LPN License.
- Current BLS certification.
- Preferred: One to three years of previous LPN experience, previous ambulatory care experience.
