Key Responsibilities
  • Recruitment Strategy Development: Design and implement a comprehensive recruitment strategy to attract and secure top talent for our company.
  • Candidate Sourcing: Utilize various sources to identify potential candidates, including employee referrals, online databases, and job fairs.
  • Interface with Recruiting Agencies: Collaborate with approved recruiting agency partners to find the best candidates for our company.
  • Benefits and Policy Communication: Effectively communicate benefits and company policies to potential candidates.
  • Recruitment Metrics Tracking: Monitor and report recruitment metrics to ensure the success of our recruitment efforts.
  • Staffing Strategy Development: Identify company employee requirements and create a staffing strategy to meet our needs.
  • Job Announcements and Promotion: Prepare and post job announcements with internal and external sources, and participate in job fairs to promote employment opportunities with MOBIS.
  • Hiring, Training, and Onboarding: Assist the HR department with hiring, training, and onboarding new employees, including background checks and document collection.
  • Work Scheduling and Compliance: Prepare work schedules and ensure compliance with company and industry labor requirements.
  • Staffing Reports and Monitoring: Create daily staffing reports, monitor employee performance, and submit weekly reports to management.
  • Staffing Shortfalls and Vacancies: Identify staffing shortfalls and report job vacancies and scheduling problems to human resources.
Requirements
  • Proven Human Resource Experience: Proven knowledge of developing and implementing human resource strategies, including hiring, training, and orientating new employees.
  • Knowledge of Labor Regulations: In-depth knowledge of current legal regulations guiding the labor market.
  • Strategic Planning: Ability to develop, implement, and manage strategic plans.
  • Goal-Oriented and Customer-Focused: Must be goal-oriented, customer-focused, and results-driven.
  • Excellent Interpersonal and Communication Skills: Impeccable interpersonal skills and communication skills.
  • Organizational and Leadership Abilities: Excellent organizational and leadership abilities.
  • Proficiency in Software Applications: Proficiency in spreadsheet software and word-processing applications.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Education: S./B.A. in human resources, business administration, or a related field.
  • Experience: Five or more years of experience in a Staffing Coordinator, Recruitment or HR role.
