Technical Skills:

  • Expertise in data migration and management, with proficiency in managing ERP modules.
  • Strong familiarity with cloud technologies, Oracle Cloud Infrastructure, and project management methodologies.

Change Management Skills:

  • Proven track record in developing and implementing change management strategies.
  • Ability to influence and align business and IT leaders across regions to support ERP initiatives.
  • Strong skills in training and development to prepare teams for new processes and systems.
  • Expertise in cultivating a culture of continuous improvement and learning.
