Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Speech Therapist to join our Riverside At Home team, providing home-based rehabilitation services to patients in the Newport News area.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct initial and ongoing assessments to measure patient progress and develop evidence-based treatment plans.
  • Collaborate with an interdisciplinary care team to provide comprehensive care and support to patients.
  • Perform home visits to deliver therapy services and engage patients in their rehabilitation journey.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology from an accredited program.
  • Current licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) and certification in CPR/BLS.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for home visits.
