The Arc Lexington is seeking a Head of Community Living Services
The Head of Community Living Services is responsible for ensuring a variety of residential choices that enable individuals to flourish. This role involves formulating program guidelines to adhere to State and Federal Standards while facilitating access to essential professional and support services, either directly or through partnerships with contractors. Additionally, this position works closely with the Agency's daytime programs to develop holistic, interdisciplinary support strategies utilizing a collaborative team approach.
Required Qualifications:
A Master's degree in a relevant human services discipline, or a Bachelor's degree in a related field accompanied by a minimum of three years of management experience with individuals who have developmental disabilities, or valid licensure as a Nursing Home Administrator in New York State. The Head of Community Living Services must also hold the designation of Qualified Intellectual Disability Professional (QIDP).
